Johnny Coffee
Johnny Coffee is a very small roaster in North Seatac, Washington. Founded in 2016 while experimenting at home with a popcorn popper, I decided to try and step it up a bit. A very close friend was opening a coffee shop and I asked if I could sell my coffee there, they loved the idea, so I invested in some larger equipment and learned a thing or two about proper roasting techniques. And here we are now, selling out on a weekly basis. Eventually we plan to open our own location in the near future but for now you can order online or at Squirrel Chops and Sweet Iron Waffle Bar in Seattle.
